These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services offered by Credit Advice. By applying for or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and provide valid proof of identity, address, and income to apply for any loan or financial product through Credit Advice.

Services provided by Credit Advice are solely for the purpose of facilitating financial products such as loans, insurance, and advisory. Misuse of services is strictly prohibited.

Loan approvals, interest rates, and repayment terms are determined by the respective banks or NBFCs. Credit Advice does not guarantee approval of any loan application.

All applicable processing fees, service charges, and government taxes will be clearly communicated before loan disbursal. Credit Advice does not levy hidden charges.

Credit Advice shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or delays caused due to third-party financial institutions, technical errors, or unforeseen circumstances.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi, India.
